How it Works
 To request a sitter, start by creating an account with CB Babysitters and make your first babysitting request. Our Coordinator will contact you to discuss the details.  Once a sitter is appointed, you can expect a confirmation email with the sitter bio and contact information to discuss the fine details.  They will come to your lodging accommodations to care for your children.  You will make your payment at the end of the service.
Our recommended sitters are experienced and competent in many areas of childcare including bottle-feeding, bathing, and putting your children to bed on time. They bring games and activities with them so the kids can stay entertained.  Our sitters are mature and know how to handle challenging situations. If you desire, your sitter can take your kids outside to play. We know all the fun parks and kid-friendly venues to have a great time!  We care for all ages, from infants to toddlers and even teenagers!!!

CB Babysitters was started by Laura Gutierrez to help visitors of the Crested Butte area find reliable babysitters while parents enjoy the great outdoors or go out for a night on the town.  What started as a group of local babysitters, self-promoting through word of mouth, has transformed into a professional source for parents to quickly find the best sitter for their children.

Standard Babysitting Service

With a minimum of four (4) consecutive hours at any time that suits you, our professional babysitters will care for your children while you enjoy a night out or head off for some outdoor adventure.  Our sitters are experienced, mature, and great with kids of all ages. They’ll come right to your lodging and make sure your little ones have a fun and comfortable time while you get to relax and have fun, too! Please note that the same sitter is not guaranteed for this service, but every sitter on our team provides the same warm, reliable care.

Exclusive Babysitting Package

With a minimum of eight (8) hours per day, flexible scheduling, same babysitter each day, and the freedom to divide your hours between daytime and evening, you’ll have the trusted support you need to fully enjoy your time in Crested Butte!!!.
This service is perfect for multi-day requests. You’ll be matched with the same babysitter each day, so there’s no need to re-explain routines. And if your plans change, no worries! Your babysitter can accommodate adjustments and will reserve her entire day to work exclusively with your family.

Overnight Babysitting Service

Need coverage all night long? With a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive hours our professional babysitters stay with your kids, managing everything from late-night feedings to breakfast in the morning, while you’re having a night out, traveling, or catching up on rest. 

Private Day Camps

Give your kids their own unforgettable adventure with our Private Day Camps, packed with activities, games, giggles, and nonstop fun, just for your group!!! Whether it’s cousins, family friends, or your vacation crew, we’ll create a personalized day full of costumes, creative play, and excitement. Choose the schedule that works for you, the number of days, and even a theme your kids will love! All games, activities, and materials are included, all your little campers need is their imagination!!!

Weddings and Events
Babysitters are available during weddings and special events to let parents enjoy some adult time. Choose the option that works best for your family, guests, and friends:
  1. Parents can individually request a babysitter for their own children or share with friends and family in their own lodging accommodations.
  2. ​You or your wedding planner can arrange a secure and safe location -such as one hotel room, condo or home- where multiple children can meet and babysitters can take care of them. Each babysitter will be allowed to care for a maximum of 5 children. After 5 children, more babysitters will be necessary. The location of babysitting must be off-site of the wedding/event location.
