Private Day Camps

Our babysitters love coordinating Day Camps! We put together a day full of activities that is sure to be memorable, safe and FUN! Ideal for young children from 3 to 12 years old but we will tailor a camp for children of any age. Included with our day camp is one Lead Sitter and one Sitter's Aid. We also include all the materials that make it special, like arts & crafts supplies, costume kits or whatever is needed for the theme you choose. Our Day Camps are private just for your group of children. You pick your own days and time frames! The sitter will come to your lodging accommodations and will facilitate the day camp right in your home, outside in your yard, or anywhere that is within walking distance. Please note that we DO NOT drive children and lunches and snacks are NOT included.

Rates
$42/hour (1-2 children)
$5/hour per child after 2 children
4 consecutive hour minimum
$150 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking

Christmas Eve & Christmas Day New Years Eve and New Years Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day President's Day Easter Sunday Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Holiday reservations are 100% guaranteed from the time of booking (full payment is required if cancelled). |
Extra Driving ChargeIn the instance that a sitter needs to drive further than 10 miles from Crested Butte to travel to your lodging accommodations, your sitter may assess an Extra Driving Charge of $20 to compensate for extra time, gas and automobile expenses.

Cancellation Fee
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a babysitter for the Private Day Camp. The deposit is non-refundable if the job is cancelled by the client for any reason.
If you should need to cancel a Private Day Camp request, you must give more than 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the babysitting job, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of 2-hours of the standard rate must be paid directly to the babysitter immediately following the cancellation. Full payment must be paid during Holidays if cancelled within 24 hours.
If your babysitting hours end up being less than the original booking agreed upon hours, the original amount of hours are still due in full after the babysitting job.
The babysitting job will need to be cancelled if a child is sick and the standard cancellation policy still applies. The babysitter has the right to refuse service is a child is sick when arriving to the babysitting job and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Parking must be provided for the babysitter.
Because of liability reasons babysitters are not allowed to drive kids in private vehicles.

Playtime CB Kids, LLC (doing business as "CB Babysitters") is not a nanny service or a childcare provider. CB Babysitters is a babysitter referral service who will put you in touch with a local independent babysitter who has been background checked, referenced checked and deemed qualified by CB Babysitters. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to approve the babysitter to care for your children. The hourly babysitting rate is paid directly to the sitters by the clients.
