What Makes Exclusive Package Different?
Unlike our Standard Babysitting Service, this premium service goes beyond fixed hours. With the Exclusive Babysitting Package, you enjoy:
- Consistent Caregiver The same sitter stays with your family for multiple days, learning your children’s routines and building trust. No need to re-explain schedules or start fresh with someone new each day.
- Flexible Scheduling Use your hours exactly how you need them — mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Non-Consecutive hours are allowed. Schedule changes accommodated without penalty.
- On-Call Support All Day Your babysitter reserves their entire day for your family. If your plans shift, they’ll be there to accommodate.
- Multi-Day Convenience Perfect for vacation weeks, destination weddings, or family gatherings where you need reliable, ongoing support.
Rates
$42/hour (1-2 children)
$5/hour per child after 2 children
8 hour minimum (non-consecutive)
$100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking
3 child maximum per sitter
2 infant/toddler maximum per sitter
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
Because of liability reasons babysitters are NOT allowed to drive kids in private vehicles

Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve & Christmas Day New Years Eve and New Years Day Holiday reservations are 100% guaranteed from the time of booking (full payment is required if cancelled). |
Extra Driving ChargeIn the instance that a sitter needs to drive further than 10 miles from Crested Butte to travel to your lodging accommodations, your sitter may assess an Extra Driving Charge of $20 to compensate for extra time, gas and automobile expenses.

Cancellation Policy
A Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a babysitter for the Exclusive Package. The deposit is non-refundable if the job is cancelled by the client for any reason.
If you should need to cancel an Exclusive Package Babysitting request, you must give more than 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the babysitting job, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of 4-hours of the standard rate must be paid directly to the babysitter immediately following the cancellation. Full payment must be paid during Holidays if cancelled within 24 hours.
If your babysitting hours end up being less than the original booking agreed upon hours, the original amount of hours are still due in full after the babysitting job.
The babysitting job will need to be cancelled if a child is sick and the standard cancellation policy still applies. The babysitter has the right to refuse service is a child is sick when arriving to the babysitting job and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Parking must be provided for the babysitter.
