Creating a request is easy on our Booking Portal! Here’s how it works:
Payment details: Hourly Sitter Fees are paid directly to your sitter, and the hourly Agency Fee is charged to your credit card on file after the service is provided. You won’t be charged until your babysitting job has finished.
Gratuity is at the discretion of the client and goes directly to our amazing Babysitters!
- Start a new account or log in to your existing account.
- Update your Family Profile and children’s Information.
- Create a new Babysitting Request by selecting one date at a time, the time frame for each day, and adding any special details.
- Once your request is received, our Babysitters Coordinator will contact you to review the details.
- When a qualified babysitter has been assigned, you’ll receive a confirmation email with their bio and contact information.
The babysitter will also reach out to you personally to confirm all the details.

Playtime CB Kids, LLC (doing business as "CB Babysitters") is not a nanny service or a childcare provider. CB Babysitters is a babysitter referral service who will put you in touch with a local independent babysitter who has been background checked, referenced checked and deemed qualified by CB Babysitters. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to approve the babysitter to care for your children. The hourly babysitting rate is paid directly to the sitters by the clients.
